Pool Remodeling in Southwest Florida
If your Southwest Florida pool is showing its age, a remodel can bring it back to better than new without a full rebuild. We resurface, retile, modernize equipment, redo decking, and add spas and features across Naples, Fort Myers, and the islands. Since 1994 we have completed over 1,000 pools, and we give you an honest recommendation on what your pool actually needs.
What a pool remodel can include
Interior resurfacing, plaster, pebble, quartz, or glass finishes
Waterline tile and coping refresh
Equipment modernization, pumps, filtration, automation, and heating
Decking resurface or replacement
Adding a spa, water features, or lighting
Structural or scope changes like reshaping or converting to saltwater
Remodel or rebuild?
Most well-built Southwest Florida pools reach a natural renovation point around 12 to 15 years, when finishes wear and equipment ages. A remodel is usually the right call when the shell is sound and you want updated surfaces, equipment, or features. A full rebuild makes more sense when the structure itself is failing. We tell you honestly which one fits, either way. If you are weighing new construction, see custom pool construction.
What it costs to remodel a pool here
Renovation cost tracks the scope of work more than the size of the pool, and most projects in our markets run from about $10,000 to over $50,000. For a personalized range, use our pool remodel cost calculator, then we confirm it with a free on-site assessment.
Built for coastal conditions
Salt air and a high water table shape material and equipment choices, especially near the water. We spec finishes and equipment to last in a salt-air climate, not just to look good on day one.
