Custom Pool Builders in
Southwest Florida
Coastal Custom Pool & Spa designs and builds fully custom pools across Southwest Florida, from Naples and Fort Myers to the barrier islands. Since 1994 we have completed over 1,000 pools, and we manage the whole build, design, permitting, engineering, and construction, so you have one team and one point of contact from first sketch to final swim.
What "custom" actually means here
A custom pool is designed around your property and how you want to use it, not pulled from a catalog. That means the shape, depth, finish, water features, spa, decking, and screen enclosure are all decisions we make with you, shaped by your lot, your home, and how the space needs to live. Here that also means designing for salt air, a high water table, and the site conditions that come with building near the water.
Why build with a Southwest Florida specialist
Building on this coast is not the same as building inland. Collier and Lee County permitting, Coastal Construction Control Line rules, FEMA flood zones, HOA architectural review, and Florida's residential barrier requirements all shape what gets built and how long it takes. Local experience is what keeps a build on schedule instead of stalled in review. We build those windows into your timeline from the start.

What a custom pool costs in Southwest Florida
Cost depends on size, finish, features, and your site, so there is no single number. Most custom projects in our markets land between roughly $70,000 and $150,000, and larger resort-style projects run well beyond that. Simpler builds start at $65,000, which includes a standard 300 sq ft deck. For a personalized estimate, use our pool cost calculator, then we confirm it with a free visit.
