My family was referred to Coastal by a friend who had their pool, deck and screen enclosure built by Coastal a couple years ago. I must say what an experience so far from the responsiveness, the punctuality and the overall communication from everyone we have worked with. As an investor, I priroritize efficiency and responsiveness as much as I value a fair price. I also like how Coastal truly takes its time to scope out a project ensuring it is priced correctly to remove surprises during the pool build process.

From the very first design consultation, the team at Coastal Custom Pool & Spa blew us away. They listened to exactly what we envisioned and brought it to life in the design renderings. The 3D renderings made it easy to visualize the finished product, and they walked us through every detail — from the pool shape and finish to the spa placement and decking layout. We're just at the beginning of our pool renovation with Coastal Custom Pool & Spa, but I want to convey how great they've been so far, communicating with me so nicely and in such a timely manner! And a special thank you to Tauris and Kevon, our demo crew, who worked so hard & cleaned up nicely when done. They went above and beyond, at our daughter's request, to bring back the old tiles that had been taken away, so she can make mosaic art with them, in memory of her times in the old pool with her grandmother--nice!
